Technical Adoption Case: Extruded Profile for Guide Rollers

Adopted as material for paper feeding rollers in gravure printing machines! Can be provided at a lower cost than extruded materials.

We would like to introduce a case where our aluminum technology has been adopted for "extruded profiles for guide rollers." The outer diameter precision is 1/4 of JIS special grade. By using extruded profiles as material for rollers, we can offer them at a lower cost compared to drawn materials.
